The Green Bay Packers sold 185,000 shares of stock in the first 48 hours. The organization had printed a total of 250,000 shares and Packers President Mark Murphy hasn't commited to making more shares available.

A pampered billionaire owner

The Packers do have:

Players that understand the team concept
Fans that are second to none
Cold weather and an outdoor stadium


Adds up to the best franchise in sports if you ask me.
