I watched the game last night and Jones did not seem like the problem. The problem in my mind is the same every team has to go through, how to hold a lead late in the game at home against an arch rival. Most teams have it figured out, Dallas may have it figured out but last night they forgot how to do it.
hint: try a little harder for those 1st downs with less than 5 minutes on the clock, they are priceless.
Well, I read an article on Bleacher Report, and thought it might get a few responses here, especially from Cowboys fans...............hahaha

With all the changes ( i.e. coaches) this year, and a shortened off season, I figured the Cowboys would be a middle of the road team.....They have won more than I expected and certainly more than last year. They may beat TB, to give them an 8-6 record, which would be a 2 game improvement from last year. I have my doubts about Philly and the NYG's. But, if they do beat them as well, then it will be a 4 game improvement.
So, I guess beggars can't be choosers, although I was so PO'd last night, it took me most of today to get over it. I was cussing like Gus at them, but I'm cool now..................lol

Well...what if you were GM of a team in a league for arrogant douchenozzles who cheat on their very pregnant wives? Or do you think he might have lost a step?
I have no use for Tiki Barber.......... none whatsoever. If Garrett has any smarts at all, he'll not even consider it. But, I thought I'd see if I could rile up some Cowboys fans...............hahaha

Me neither. I just wanted to blast him in the nads for dumping his eight-months-pregnant wife. What a toolbag.
I wholeheartedly agree with you there. In my opinion, that reason alone is enough to not even acknowledge his availability. He's only wanting quick, big bucks to pay his wife anyway. Maybe he should get a job working construction, like I used to do.

Didn't they open for the Tubes on their 1981 tour?
Was that the tour with all the naked playboy models? That would have been before their 'hit' MTV hit Sushi, which means it was a good tour either way.
QUOTE(#11):
Felix looked pretty good last night, but no doubt they need to pick up a back-up now. Can't even imagine how far away from being in game shape Li'l Tiki must be. That diva hasn't been hit (by an NFL player) in about 4 years. Prolly marshmallow soft, with a little belly. In shape, but not in game shape where you need him to be. Plus, he's like 50 years old! When is the last time a 36 2/3 year old RB was successful in the NFL? That guy's hammy might be laying in the backfield on the first draw play called. Gotta say, though, it would be a great story to follow--Tiki makes a comeback after four years...that would be great, in a train wreck waiting to happen kinda way. But then again, I thought it was great every time Favre came back...interesting reading. I hope he gets an invite.
Yes, he did, and that kind of took me by surprise.................I don't know if Tashard Choice is still available or not, but if he is, I look for the Cowboys to bring him back..........
Choice's phrase should be..."How ya like me now?".....IF he does return and does good......hahaha

Choice was picked up by Buffalo since Washington let him go earlier this year.

Choice is evidently employed by the Buffalo Bills now...........at least according to Wikipedia.

He threw his teammates under the bus after he left...then they won a Superbowl without him. He complained about coach Coughlin making him practice too hard....awwww. He cheats on his pregnant wife with a 20 yr old, yeah hes a beauty!

According to this article.....http://tinyurl.com/845gx2d....The NFL scrap heap consists of Julius Jones, Clinton Portis, and Brian Westbrook.............OR
There is always someone's practice squad.............I think the Cowboys should just back up and punt, and hope for a better year next year.

Don't do it.
