After several incidents this past week among Chicago Public Schools, Director of Sports Administration Calvin Davis throws down the hammer on students, fans and sporting events for the entire district. Even Chicago Bulls' rookie and CPS product Derrick Rose is doing his part to secure games, but is it enough?
