This is from an article posted to our Truth & Rumors section of this site, I think it was originally published in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

That statement is full of arrogance, how can anyone be so insensitive, specially these days when most folks are struggling just to make a living and feed their families.

Apparently this was stated in interview on a local Christian radio station KLJY (99.1 FM)

Sooner or later fans of all sport may have to revisit this salaries, we may need to ask how and why all this ridiculous money is being paid to some athletes who at times appear to be ungrateful.

I'm sure the anwser will be- well is just the market- well maybe we should spend less on this sports.

This one really upset me, so I best shut-up.

Enough said.
