Did you experience deja vu when Novak Djokovic retired during his quarterfinal match against Andy Roddick?

Citing the Aussie heat and deep cramping, Djokovic, the defending champion, bowed out while trailing 6-7 (3), 6-4, 6-2, 2-1. No amount of massaging could get him back on the court, and Dr. Roddick refrained from reciting the 21-year-old Serb's medical history as he had during a memorable U.S. Open press conference. Back then, Roddick rattled off, "a back and a hip, a cramp, bird flu, Beijing hangover, Anthrax, SARS, Common cough and cold" as things that ailed Djokovic.

Ending that session, Roddick ripped off one last riposte, "He's either quick to call the trainer or he's the most courageous guy of all time."

What do you think of Djokovic's time spent with the trainer? Weigh in with your thoughts.
