My votes for 2009 (major conferences only):

Best league: Big East (ACC is 2nd)
Worst league: SEC
Most athletic league: ACC (hands down, there is no better place to recruit from)
Best coached league: Big 10 (Pac 10 close 2nd, both conferences are loaded)
Worst coached league: ACC (Duke, VT, NC are the only well-coached teams minus the hype).
Most underrated league: Big 12
Most overrated league: Conference USA
Most underachieving league: SEC (nearly the same recruiting advantages as ACC)
Most overachieving league: Big East
Most overrated teams: Gonzaga, Tennessee, Clemson, Wake Forest
Most underrated teams: Nebraska, Virginia Tech, Kansas, Illinois
