NFL  > General NFL  > Niners vs Saints

After all the down years for the 49ers they had an explosive return to winning football. Gaining respect from teams that once laughed at the idea of losing to the 49ers and earning the no. 2 seed in the proccess.

As I see it know, their success can be celebrated regardless of what happens today, but it would be unfortunate for this team to go one and done in the postseason. Which is sadly how I see it playing out against a Saints team that looks primed to win their 2nd championship in 3 years. Can the Niners win? Anything is possible. This is ssomething I would love to eat crow over at the end of the day.

Anyways, go NINERS! And good luck to those who have teams remaining.

Nice post Duke.... your Niners have a hell of a chance today if they can keep up with The Saints offense, as well as protecting their own QB. I think this will be the ultimate test for Harbaugh as a coach. Good luck to the Niners... I picked em for the SB Duke. (of course I was joking, but WTF)
GO NINERS!

The Niners were #1 in take aways during the regular season, if they can get a couple in this game and break out that bad ass defense, the niners will be successful today!

The Saints just have too much firepower for the 49ers to handle. Brees will be unstoppable.

Brees throws a pick in the 4th qtr. giving the Niners an opportunity to win the game by 3~ there you have it! lol

As much as I admire the Niners for their great season it will come to an end today at the hands of Brees & company.

I agree!

While the Saints are very explosive the 49'ers has a very good defense if they can limit the Saints to field goals it could be a close game, good luck to the San Fran fans.

Moore and Gilmore are out for the Saints... this could impact the offense.

Trying to limit the Saints to field goals is easier said than done.
