Let's hear everyone's early pick to win it.

Mine= Caribbean although they lost in the opener. If there pitching ace recovers from the injury they should be fine. Japan could easily win the whole thing.

I haven't seen many of the international games, but you're right, Japan could probably win it all.
My pick from the US pool will be the boys from the Southwest (Lubbock TX).....as much as I want the Southeast to win, I just don't think they have it this year.

I have it rough. The last time Mid-Atlantic was good they had a cheater on their team (Danny Almonte). My sleeper pick from the US is the West team from Arizona.

I wanted to see Taipei pull up the upset in Japan, the American teams are just to undermatched to the Japanese and the Curacoo team. I'm going to go with Japan. Now if the Kent team from WAshington didn't get the biggest upset in the northwest region ever they wouild be favorites. THe team had one every game by the slaughter rule since their local division to games against Alaska and Idaho that were 14-0 and some how the Lake Oswego, Oregon team upset them in the Northwest final.

Just when I thought the Southeast boys were heading for a defeat, they proved me wrong. Now they get to play in the US championship game......keep it going guys....the whole city of Warner Robins is behind you! :-)
