Yeah,that was a great omoplata-to-reverse-armlock finish. Tamdan's shoulder popped at the end too, that was a good one.

Hughes/Almeida wasn't a bulldog choke, it was actually a Dave Schultz Headlock.

Dave Schultz got really good at doing that in wrestling, putting guys out and pinning them while they were out. That is where the name came from. It is just a headlock with one arm in, gable grip your hands and then bury your head in the arm pit and turn to that side.

A bulldog choke is what Carlos Newton did to Pat Miletich. It is like a reverse guillotine, with you and your opponent facing the same direction. Speaking of which, that was a phenomenal submission, when Newton pulled that one off.

How about that crazy hammerlock Aoki used to break Mizuto Hirota's arm? What a wild submission, and he got the dislocation at the end, what a finish.

Oh, and I nearly forgot, one of my favorite fights of all time:

Sakuraba over Zelg Galesic. He gets the takedown, dives on a leg immediately, and you think ,"oh, this **** over, he'll finish Zelg the same way he did Shannon Ritch." Then Zelg shows off his crazy TKD flexibility, and just starts pounding the shit out of Saku. Saku adjusts to a toe hold, and he is still getting punishment just rained on his skull. He is getting smashed, and by now your thinking ,"well, he is going to get stopped. Sad to see him get crushed, he is such a legend." Then, he switches to the kneebar and gets the tap!! What an awesome fight that was.

Someone find the youtube video of that **** and post it here, so anyone who hasn't seen it can.
