Danica Patrick will be guaranteed a spot in the Daytona 500 field due to a deal made by Tony Stewart and Tommy Baldwin racing..( 33rd. in points) this will actually suck for Dave Blaney, he will have to qualify for the event.

I have been reading posts written by angry fans who think Danica should not get a guarantee spot at Daytona, fair enough, but what really bothers me is the fact that this is not the first time this has happen, so why all the noise, let me guess, jealousy, envy etc. etc.

Please don't hate the woman because she is beautiful, she can actually drive a car, oh and by the way how did a driver who has a million starts and never won many racers get a guarantee start? ..hmmm..

Ask Elliott Sadler how he got in....folks just be fair ......Don't be a hater...lol

Sprint Cup is not the place for on-the-job training, and Danica has no business being in Sprint Cup until she gains more experience. 3 wrecks in 3 races is just about what I expected from her. She is being fast-tracked for no reason other than she's female and that's a gimmick that's exploitable for ratings purposes. Racing glorified go carts (Indy) isn't of the same consequence as bumping rubbing and drafting. She needs lots of ARCA experience before being allowed to move up.

I don't really understand all the hubbub. It's silly. She is not the first to use the system to her advantage and snag a guaranteed spot. If you didn't raise Hades when others did it don't do it now. It smacks of hypocrisy.
