NFL  > Tampa Bay Buccaneers  > Bucs Possibly on the rise.......

With the signing of Vincent Jackseron, we finally have a definete deep threat receiver. Now Eric Wright is on the squad along side Aqib Talib, all we need now is a veteran Linebacker (Possibly Curtis Lofton) who can show our young linebackers the ropes.. In addition it would be nice to have a Running back to complement Blount to make up for his lack of back field catching.... I think the Bucs know what they're doing... Lets see what happens from here.... GO BUCS!!

How long do you think Talib is going to skirt the law? He's got a case pending in Dallas and now this - http://www2.tbo.com/sports/breaking-news/2012/mar/13/8/attorneys-police-ig nored-womans-complaint-talib-th-ar-368806/

Since the poster made it a point of talking about their defense, including Talib I commented on that.

The Bucs have also locked up Nicks and Wright to 5 yr deals.

They had lots of cap space to work with.

I just read they ate up $31 mil of space with their signings. How much room did they have??? Jeez!

The Buc's management has done a great job in managing the team's salary cap. Kudos to them.

I believe it was $44 million.

Wow. Certainly, they must have had the most cap space at the start of FA. And still have a good amount left.

I don't know about his dog but I think TxHeat is.

Remember, last year they had the most cap space of any team and spent on no one at all.... Now they're spending for players that are worth it

Well that sure was a real knee-slapper Sarge. Keep trying!

I'll be glad when free agency is over so we can concentrate on the draft. That is where the teams really can help themselves.

March 15, 2012  10:06 AM ET

Cant argue that the Bucs addressed some areas of need......
