Yeah, maybe Sandusky's victims will speak at the dedication ceremony.

I like the fact that Beaver Stadium is located in Happy Valley. Can it get any more suggestive than that?

Ugly reports are still coming out of Happy Valley, innocent or guilty i don't see this guy Sandusky beating the charges.
Yeah sure name it 'Joe Pa Stadium', has a nice sound to it,, the old man certainly earned it.

Campus police raid PSU football players apartment, confiscate drugs along with various paraphernalia. When it rains it pours.

I just don't see the school honoring a fired employee by naming a stadium in his honor.

how about a street?

It's a slap in the victims face. Yes, he is loved and venerated as a PSU legend, but the situation is very explosive right now.

Maybe in the future, assuming things work themselves out and not too much of the burden falls to JoPa. But right now? PSU has enough truble w/o stirring up this hornets nest. It may staisfy some of the PSU faithfull, but how many of those are being recruited?

Also, it does make the school look very two faced, or at least wishy washy, by firing and then naming a stadium. If he had resigned? Maybe...
