How should phelps be penalized for the recent photo of him partaking in a bong hit?
Or should he be penalized at all? Im not sure which way to go, any thoughts or opinions? I do feel bad for the young olympian, however, i myself(when younger..of course) have fallen victim to the allure of the evil menace that is marijuanna...

I do not understand why he would put himself through all of that. Not only is it not good for you, but it completely ruins your career. Swimming is basically his business for the time being. I have a business of my own doing <a href="http://www.balancecatering.com">catering in San Francisco</a> and I would never even think to do anything like that, especially since its illegal and just plain wrong.
