They're going to be picking high AGAIN in 2013. The Jags look lifeless so far this year and look to be a repeat of last year. The new owner hasn't helped matters with his arrogance.

Jags need to figure out what team they are. They pick Blackmon high, but have yet to really use him. Laurent Robinson is a decent receiver, but not a number 1 or 2 for that matter.
