I understand this is standard practice by some pitchers, fine, but maybe a 42 year old should be doing something else to keep in shape.

You know Joe like riding a stationary bike ....maybe other folks should be shagging ball .....LIKE ...well... let me see......A TWENTY YEAR OLD.
