The last time this was seen was in Semi-Pro.

Bill Russell also did and won two titles.

The last time it happened was in 1979.

These days there's a lot more to think about but it would be fun to watch.

Maybe it could happen in a situation where a coach leaves during the middle of the season. There are about 10 coaches though nowadays so I'm not sure though.
