This year is kind of a wait and see year. They have talent and with a full off season, I think Carson will be much improved. He's running a different offense though, so it may take some time to gel.
I don't know what the team will turn out to be, but I'm excited for change and hope for the best.
What are we to make of this team anyway?, in the past it was all about Al.
Like the Cowboys - The Raiders didn't get to this point overnight and they aren't going to get fixed overnight. But - I am willing to give the new regime latitude to fix this mess.

I really hope they do well, rather funny how Matt Leinart is now the backup to Palmer. Wonder if they play the Seahawks this year? Pete could have a nightmare or two before such a game.
Last year Carson did connect quite well with WR Moore, hopefully he gets over his current injuries. Champ Bailey sure had some complements yesterday for Darren McFaddon.

Ha! I wish we played Seattle this year just for that - funny.
I read Bailey's comments on DMC, pretty nice getting respect from a division rival. Need him to stay healthy.

I think they might be EZ. Carson came off the couch last year and only knew a handful of plays. The full off season will help for sure.
