NFL  > General NFL  > Steelers sign receiver to $42.5 million, five-year contract extension!

But it wasn't Mike Wallace ...

It was Antonio Brown, who many think is a more complete receiver than Wallace and has more upside, now stays in Pittsburgh through the 2017 season instead of becoming a restricted free agent next year.

Mike Wallace is still holding out of camp knowing that the Steelers historically do not ... and flat-out said they WILL not ... work on signing him if he's not there doing what the rest of his team is doing. Wallace still hasn't signed his $2.742 million tender and is the only restricted free agent in the NFL who is not in training camp. He wants a contract like receiver Vincent Jackson???s $55 million contract with Tampa Bay.

Do you think this puts enough pressure on Wallace to sign an offer and get busy? Or is this a slap in the face that will bruise his ego and cause more problems with him going forward?
