Don't get it....
who wants to watch ShortHorn sports anyway?
LOL
Chicago...I thought that was Big 10 country you might be able to watch Nebraska!
I basically have a similar problem, a USC fan in B1g country (30 miles north of Hawkeyes, EVERY freakin thing is black and gold with a beak on it) and I have found it pretty much a break even deal.
What I mean is you can purcase it for 1 day for about 30 bucks, or for the season for about $130. The years I have purchased it for the entire season it seems like there are only 1 or 2 USC games at most. When I don't purchase it for the year, they are on game plan every other week.
Since it's an ABC/ESPN thing, it varies on which games are covered: ABC usually has a regional bias, but ESPN is more flavor of the week type programming. Also, Turner or Fox have them on sometimes... flip a coin, or save yourself the hastle and get it, but be prepared to regret it.
But I will say this, I've never had to miss an SC game at least in recent history) whether living in Texas or Iowa, so you can pretty much count on being able to see all the Horns games one way or another, but sometimes they don't decide who's playin on what till the last minute, so keep your eye on the TV schedule (SI is reliable for network).
