Okay... but this guy was told he could be let out of jail if he adhered to the terms of his bond.
It's not minor when the consequences are forfeiture of a $100k bond and return to jail. Dude is facing federal charges that could land him in prison for a very long time - he had an opportunity to be free prior to trial and he blew it for some weed. Sad.

Nancy Kerrigan's brother wants back in jail because he doesn't want to honor the conditions of his early release. <alcohol counseling and anger management> He'd rather serve out his sentence. Okay, I see where you people are coming from. My angle was "what's the diff" scenario, which there isn't one when looking at the obvious...whose hurting who here. What people do in the their own crib (lol) should be their business as long as they're not bothering anyone.

Hell - I was in the USAF with some dudes whose new wifeys couldn't even handle stateside transfers.
