The team with more to prove tends to play harder in the preseason. And their coaches generally leave their starters in longer.

I wish yer team the very best,as i was really shocked how well yer defense held up after that dismal effort last year,Irsay kicked alot ofa/sses and fired alot after the post season,I still believe Elway wanted Peyton up too Denver ,and going in with him owning senior shares of the Broncos.

That's true,I've watched the games Cincy has played,and hopefuly shift into a higher gear in offense this season,as the D can't do it all, we're kinda dinged on the front 4,they brought in some 'no name' kid too shore up the DE slot. who knows? He may be better than advertized.

But resting yer regulars too much,can cause problems too.But yer right about that for sure.
