...injures knee in practice and goes for MRI. He says he's fine....we'll see. I wonder why certain players are so prone to injury. Are they playing harder? Are they playing faster? Was there an issue with nutrition when they were younger? What?

Thoughts? Ideas? Rants?

DISCUSS! ;)

Tendonitis is the official word as of 6:30 pm local time. But put another one on the shelf until the regular season. They got more starters out than playing in preseason. All that does is not allow enough time for all the starters to work together and it will be a big mess come the start of the season. They will probably get rolled by the Giants.

injury prone players.... miles austin comes to mind. will he ever get through a season w/out hamstring problems? he even said he didn't come into last season conditioned well. but here we are again... same problem this season. he's a talented player, but if he us unable to play 4-6 wks each year.... find a player that takes his job seriously enough to stay in shape. these players that get these fat contracts and they show up out of condition. hard to understand.

When Kevin Ogletree becomes your number 1 receiver you have SEVERE offensive issues.

True,
Some players get injured all the time, they're great when they play but then get re injured after 4 games into the season,This is why the Bengals dropped Jordan Shipley and was picked up by Tampa bay and Dallas and other teams wanted him too.

Tampa just was on the most needy list, and grabbed him,He's great when he plays but fragile, and since the Bengals are commiting more too youth than experience,He was cut too make room for 1 of our rookies.

That's because he's had TO and Ocho as role models.
