B1G went out of its way to make this decision just like way they fought to get the TAT5 eligible for the Sugar Bowl. Sit out 5 games next year. How many of the 5 actually sat out games?

The Tat5 and this story aren't even remotely connected. If you want to dredge up old dirt on the Big Ten and or Ohio State, I'm not taking the bait. This trophy story is a non issue to me.

It shows a pattern of making exceptions for schools with NCAA issues.

Auburn 93 was not the SEC West champs.

The only thing I can think is it has an impact on bonuses for the new head coaches which I think hurt the university, that is unless they still get a cut of bowl money and big 10 championship game.

Compare to 12PAC....USC was clearly the better team last year, but they weren't the division champs....if the team isn't eligible, it isn't eligible.

Kind of like suspended a player for one game....then picking a weak OOC game for the suspension....really...

Okay just read the article, he get $50k for the most wins in the division, I wonder if the players will get division championship rings?

Umm.. didnt they all sit out 5 games ? even Pryor was suspended in the NFL
