they have actually gotten quite a bit younger, especially the defense.

WTF for sure. Look at the stats and you wonder how the game was even close. When you block punts that turn into a TD it helps a team lose much more often than not.

this was definately a ~trap~ game,.......the pats ''over-looked'' arizona and thought ahead to next sunday-nite's [AFC-CH./Ravenz/part-2].....at baltimore = on NBC/Sunday-nite/game !.....*had to plug it*

The young guys would be the ones to over look the Cardinals the most and many of them are on the defense. But once again the defense played very well. The offense is what sucked here and many of them are veterans that take every game seriously.

I think it was more of Hernandez going down early coupled with an already bad week of practice. Even though the coaches said they had backup plans I think it was a major mental loss for this team. While losing Hernandez will hurt I still think the offense will be very dynamic.

Special teams really did them in. Blocked punt for a TD and of course the missed FG at the end.

This loss is exactly what they needed. Heck, if they manage to get 14 more, imagine how good they will be.

It is way too early in the season to get concerned over this defeat. The Patriots have too much talent to take a nosedive.

I don't mind a loss in a well played game to a good team. Playing so poorly against a team with such a limited offense (But admittedly a good defense) either tells me that I way overrated my team or, hopefully, wakes up the team to not read thier press clippings and encourages thier coaches not to let salary disputes hurt the team on the field.

It's normal too,every team ,too get get's thier asseskicked sooner or later.

This was the latter.

You always got a feeling Billy boy was going to a Tight End offense, but he's all in now. The signing of Branch is nothing more than filling a roster spot. It will be interesting to Winslow Jr will finally have a season worth talking about.
