NFL  > General NFL  > New York "Football" Giants
September 21, 2012, 11:15 PM
After losing the season opener to my favorite team, the Cowboys the Giants have easily beaten 2 quality opponents while the Cowboys lost to the Seahawks. Can't help but respect the Giants even though they are a division rival.
We were thinking that the Cowboys have finally turned the corner only to lose the following game. This is not to diminish the Seahawks talent or say that the Cowboys had an easy win in week 2, but they were outcoached and outplayed. Looking at the next 2 games the Cowboys can easily be 1-3 or 3-1.
The Giants don't do a lot of talking, but they can sure play. In fact the New York media seem to be more infatuated with the Jets than the defending Super Bowl Champions. Maybe the Cowboys can stop talking and start playing.

GIANTS [S]UKK !!

The Giants didn't "easily beat" the Bucs. They scored 25 points in the 4th and needed every one of them. And I would hardly consider the Panthers a quality opponent.

Eli had to throw over 500 yards to beat Tampa. Not easy against any team.

TxHeat, don't like it, but have to respect what they've accomplished. They just have mental toughness and our team doesn't.

I'm beginning to think every team in the AFC EAST is just mental. Pats are going to be pecked to death on Sunday night.

I agree! The Seattle game was proof enough.
