How long can the Cowboys keep lying to themselves about Tony Romo?
Romo is NOT a QB like a Brady, Brees, Peyton, Eli, Rogers, Roethlisberger, who can put the team on his back and win games for them. He is not a Carson Palmer or Joe Flacco. But hey, go ahead and keep drinking Jerry's cool-aid.

I'm not 'trolling' as some like to say, I admit I'm NOT a Cowboys fan, I'm simply calling things the way I see them. Romo is below average, but the ONLY thing he has in his favor is Jerry's EGO. Jerry will never admit he's wrong. Jerry fired Switzer I guess it was because Switzer won too much AND got the credit for it. The one thing that built the Cowboys is now the same thing destroying the Cowboys. Jerry's EGO!!

Romo is a good Q.B. contrary to what some may believe and I guarantee several teams would snap him up if Dallas was to let him go. Romo simply needs a little help from his W.R's, they need to catch ball when thrown to them and be on the same page when reading defenses, especially blitz scenario's.

He definately got picked apart...The bears apparently watched a bunch of film before this game.

The Bears ran their simple basic defense against the Cowboy's, they simply say this is us and what we do no frills beat us if you can.

It's then up to the opposing offense to beat their defense and Romo could have if his W.R,'s would have been on the same page. Bryant didn't read blitz on the one Romo pick six and Romo expected Bryant to break his route off. There was also a couple picks that simply was in and out of the W.R.'s hands that should have been caught. Romo is not to blame for half of what he will be blamed for.

Once someone goes back over the game film and looks at the plays more closely and myself only having watched the game without going back over it more thoroughly, I seen maybe 1 or 2 at he most of Romo's picks were actually his fault.

I would love to believe the Bears defense was as good as they showed but know better deep down, the Bears won and I've glad of that but not as lopsidedly as the scoreboard showed IMO.

Romo's three biggest admirers: The Giants, Redskins and Eagles. Heck, of all the non-rookie starting QB's in the NFL, the only ones that come to mind that are worse than Romo are Sanchez, Vick, Kolb, Gabbert and Cassel. Yep, that puts Romo definitely in the bottom ten of NFL QB's, but what the heck Cowboy fans, at least you have a big stadium and Victoria's Secret underwear to look at. Jerry's Cool-Aid must taste good!!

I'm not gonna sugarcoat that p.o.s. People will say yeah..they are 2-2. It's an ugly 2-2 and their schedule does not give them any breathing room. They had to win last night before they go to Baltimore after the break. They also have to go to Atlanta and Cincy and Carolina, not to mention Philly and Washington. They don't win often at home so even those games especially the division ones are difficult. Some people will say to be more positive. I fail to see any silver lining in last nights disaster. Ok..there was one. Witten can still catch the ball.

Boy howdy!...Are you ever waaay out in left field!
If you're not a fan of the Cowboys, then why even bother discussing them? You seem to be taking this personally. Last I heard, football is a TEAM sport, and not one person can carry a team. Not Brady, Big Ben, or anyone. Romo has a make shift O line, and you cannot stop a rushing defense throwing buckets of water at them.

The Bears are a damn good team, as was the SeaChickens, and several more coming up on the schedule. Each team is a PROFESSIONAL team, not college or high school. They all compete for the same thing.

You need to get your facts straight before going off on some tangent that you know little or nothing about. Switzer wasn't fired because he WON too much. He was incompetent. Now, Jerry Jones does have an ego. I'll give you that, but as far as the rest of your rhetoric, you have no clue.

You should stick to subjects that you know something about.

The Bears just gave the Cowboys an old fashioned butt kicking!

Actually Drip, the Cowboys didn't actually help their cause any, either. Turnovers, WR's not concentrating on catching the ball, etc. etc.

But, the 'Boys got what they deserved. Maybe this will waken them up, but kind of doubtful.

It's only going to get tougher. Ya hear me, Jerry Jones?

Oh thank you for pointing out what I saw.

having never been a big fan of romo, i'll limit my comments on what i think of him. but no QB could have done much last night with this team. lots of areas to point the finger at.... what is up with dez? and what happened to our running game?

it seems these conversations we fans have abour dallas are so similiar to last year..... and the year before that.... and the....

things won't change on this team until dallas at least gets a real HC. JJ will never step down as GM and minimal changes to this team are coming in the future.

Dez had some brain fa.rts. He looked like T.O., losing concentration, thus not catching the ball(s). Not sure if he'll get any better.

Hard to have a running game against a stout defense if the O line is throwing buckets of water at them, like I said earlier. Somewhere...lol

Yep.....the good ol same ol, same ol, huh?

btw..the Trinity is the river that runs through Dallas..but WTF do you know?

Opinions are like a.s.s.h.o.l.e.s...........everyone has one, but some stink more than others. I'd put your opinion in the stinking category.

Have a nice day!!

In Jerry Jones eye's Tony Romo looks good. But Jerry Jones thinks putting Dallas Cheerleading uniforms on 70 year old ex- Cheerleaders looks good also.

But it is only 4 games into the season, they are 2-2 and one game out of 1st place. They don't have any divisional loses whereas the NYG's are 0-2 in the NFC East.
