Pitching, Jeter, and Ibanez won the first round of playoffs, now it's time for the rest of the offense to come through. A-Rod could make all the bad feelings go away if he steps up now. Same goes for Cano, Swisher and Granderson. Thanks for the great regular-season stats guys, and thanks for getting us to game 163 ??? now play like Yankees and get to the World Series.

Sigh... a very disappointing game last night. I would've hoped that Jeter's injury would've sparked the Woeful Four (ARod, Cano, Swisher, Granderson). Didn't happen. And if they struck out that much last night, there's not much hope against Verlander on Tuesday.
