Yesterday, I was watching the Cowboys play the Panthers and the Texans play the Ravens while eating at Texas Roadhouse on 2 side by side televisions during the 1st half of their games. 2 completely contrasting teams!

Claibourne intercepts Cam Newton in the endzone which slowed the Panthers momentum and it appeared that the Cowboys were seizing momentum as they were driving down the field until Miles Austin is hit which causes a fumble. Austin should have a better feel when he is running across the field and should have been aware that the defender was coming. Momentum was lost and the Cowboys would have to grind it out for the win.

Contrastingly, the Texans 1st score was on a safety which led to the Texans receiving the ball in great field position which led to a touchdown and was followed by an interception returned for a touchdown. The Texans gained momentum after their 1st touchdown and never relinquished it to the Ravens. "The Killer Instinct!"

Amazing what is seen on 2 side by side screens!

Funny you mention that sequence in the Cowboys game because that is all I watched. I got in late and after the fumble I found other things I would better off be doing. How many times can you watch a team self destruct? It's every week!

Not very smart football! This type of play occurred during the last 2 years with Parcells, Wade Phillips, and now Jason Garrett with the same quarterback. Romo is the common denominator! He didn't throw an interception against the Panthers and that is because the linebacker dropped and easy interception which would have given the Panthers great field position or possible TD return that would have given them the lead.

The Texans are a real force this year and regained their poise after stubbing their toe against Green Bay. The Cowboys are just an average team but Jerry Jones thinks they're a Super Bowl contender.

'average' is being more than generous.

Unfortunately, yeah! Very disappointing for the Pats.
