NFL  > Chicago Bears  > Week 9 AT Tennessee The going gets tough.
October 29, 2012, 03:46 AM
Personally I think the next three weeks are the litmus test for this team this year! Some might say the last three games, but I view the next three as tougher AND more important! At Tenn, Houston, and at San Fran vs Green Bay, at Arizona, and at Detroit. That's the schedule of the next vs the last three games. For our division the last three might be more important, but to me the next three will show the intestional fortitude of this team and what they are capable of.

Sure we want to win the division, but the object is to win the Super Bowl. That's what it's all about! Winning the Super Bowl. If we can defeat the Titans at their home, the Texans in Chicago, and San Fran in California WOW!!!

The Titans are finally on track with their veteran leader Hasselback at QB He is the best QB on the team even if he's not their future. Granted he has a hard time throwing a long pass, but in the short and medium game he is one of the Best in the NFL! That's exactly the way a guy called MONTANA played and won 4? Super Bowls!!! Hassselback can carve a team up, and unless the Bears come out and play like they can, (No repeats of the Carolina attitude!) we will LOSE this game. With Houston and San Fran next we could be looking at a 3 game LOSING streak.

That's why I say we will KNOW what this team is made of and why these three games are more important than the last three games of this season. These three games will set the tone for the rest of the season! And I hate to say it, that a 6-10 record for the Bears THIS YEAR is still possible. Not probable, but still possible!

So to me winning 2 or more of these next three games, and it will prove that we ARE a playoff team! GO BEARS!!!

WOW NO ONE must care about this week's game!

EZ I really I'm really hoping for a win this week with the Bengals over the Bronco's.

And yea the Bears need to win this week too. The Packers are only two games behind. If we and the Packers would win out except for the Packer game, the Bears would win the division. Even if the Pack could win the head to head. High hopes I know, but hey it is getting closer!! GO BEARS!!!

It is kind of hard to crow, when you know that you stole a victory from a one win team.

Which team will shop up in Tennessee?

You are right BGDUECE, but it still was a win and it shows up in the win colum that way. Something that the Packers would have gladly taken in any of their THREE losses.

Which team will show up? I think it will be an inspiration to the Bears the way they played last week. I think they feel embarrased and will prove that they are better than they played last week. They plain simply STUNK and the results this week will show what they are made out of.

The Bears offense and Mike Tice will come out and prove that they are contenders because of last week's scare and it will be a blessing in disguise. The defense will do their job, and I'm even expecting a break out game from the special teams some game soon. Devin is due and he is more than capable of making some team pay for any mistake they might make. GO BEARS!!!

I guess what suprises me the most is that there haven't been very many opponent fans coming on here saying things for their teams. Where are they? GO BEARS!!!

BF,GSH,BGD,

I don't see the BEARS losing too Tennesse ,as long as they don't turn over the ball. GO BEARS!

And the Packers aren't the same team this year, than last'so that helps as well.

Thanks for the thought with Cincy,But the way they've been playing? Things just have too happen big time too beat Peyton and the Bronco's today. So I'm not that optomistic about todays game. But anything's possible.

That's the type of team that can ruin yer day as they have nothing else too lose.

Actually they aren't that terrible! The Bears were just that hot! I'm not ready to give them a superbowl yet, or even the division crown, but they do have potential to be very very good this season. If nothing else this game PROVED THAT!!!!

Now does this score make you happier BGDUECE? The defense was very good untill the end and the offense stepped up too! Even special teams were better! Plus I think Devin Hester was ROBBED!!! To be stopped on the 6 yard line was just so cheap! At least we got points from the offense on it. GO BEARS!!!
