NFL  > General NFL  > Where are all the Bears fans on FN?

This is a very exciting season for the Chicago Bears at this moment. They are playing like the monsters of the midway, but it seems noone here is really talking about this team. I see plenty of boolchit threads about Tebow, Dallas, Steelers, more Tebow and sanchize.
The Bears addition of Brandon Marshal has proved to be the thing that just might put them over the top this season. Sure the Packers will be tough to beat anyday of the week, but I think the Bears have showed more consistency and more powerful defense, leading the league in Pick Six interceptions. Kudos to the Bears, because I believe they are the team to beat in the NFC right now!

DA BEARS!

November 5, 2012  12:21 PM ET

Don't get us Bear fans wrong we are here and proud of the Bears performance so far this season but we've learned not to crow to loudly or early especially on here..........LOL On F.N.

I am speaking only for myself here and don't represent all Bear fans here JMO is all. I also know the Bears true test is in the upcoming games and were the true test will come, it's not how you start your season but how you end it and with the Texans, @San Fran, Minn, Seattle, @Minn, G.B., @Arizona and @Detroit. This is a rough schedule to navigate and will determine the Bears outcome to the 2012 season.

it is nice to see that people have stopped the Cutler threads...but 14-4 in the last two seasons for Cutler, have shut up all but the pure haters...

Hallelujah for that and I agree but we know the pure haters are still there just waiting to pounce on the next juicy Cutler mishap like vultures circling a dead carcass.

51 points is amazing for the bears!

November 5, 2012  01:05 PM ET

Pure dominance by the Bears. When you score on both offense and defense, sure makes a team hard to beat. Urlacher's rumbling stumbling TD was pretty sweet too!

It was pretty amazing considering the Bears are usually in low scoring games and like to grind things out on the ground when possible.

The 28 first quarter points set a franchise record and the 51 points was their highest-scoring game since matching a team record in a 61-7 win over G.B. on Dec. 7, 1980.

HA HA HA.......I laughed so hard watching Urlacher run....no more like waddle for that pick six........LOL The Bears also scored on special teams the punt block returned for a score.

It was like slow motion, haha! But hey, he made it and his blockers came through for him so Kudos to the old guy :-)

I'd forgotten about the blocked punt - the Bears really played well in all phases of the game.

I agree they have a good offensive line and have had for awhile now, look at even Tebow and Orton's number of sacks stat. Give a good Q.B. like Manning time in the pocket and it makes for a tough go for opposing defenses.

I as well am sorry for your Raiders LIHI, I thought they looked pretty good the few times I caught a glimpse of the game, sounds as though T.B.'s run game killed your Raiders.

LOL Hasselbeck looked like a punter trying to make that tackle!

Oh and thanks EZ & GSH for the condolences. They tried to come back, but too little too late. Gave the rookie RB at Tampa a great day in fantasy points though! And a spot in the history books.
