NFL  > Chicago Bears  > Week 12...Vikings vs. Bears
November 20, 2012, 05:43 PM
Well Bears fans, we can rejoice...

Cutler has been medically cleared, and did his radio show today...I believed that he had already been cleared, but they were playing it safe against that defense.

When you have a concussion, the NFL does not allowed you to speak to the media, until you have been cleared medically. The fact that he did the radio shows, means he will play.

As far as the last game...they need to put it behind them, and get this offense in gear.

It is time to move Webb to RT, and let Jonathon Scott play left tackle...they did not let Chris Williams go, without having a body for that spot.

The Packers will lose this week against the Giants, and we need to put some distance between us and them, before we play again.

To win the division...they must now beat the Packers...

The Bears are starting to implode.

Giants winning this weekend? If they follow last years recipe yeah they'll win, but who knows what team shows up?
I wouldn't bet on that game with someone else's money.

The Bears now have to face Jerod Allen twice, hopefully they can keep Cutler healthy.

Condolences too BF/GSH and BGD,

That was terrible, but that's just 1 game and yer 7-2,so yer fate is in yer teams hands. I hope it works out. GO BEARS!

Count them up again EZ, 7-3. I still say we could have a losing record out of this season. But I think the Bears are more likely to win the last 6 than to lose the last 6. That would give us a 13-3 record(I really doubt that. ha ha) but I think we will be losing in the first round of the playoffs no matter WHO we play.

Whoever it is they will have a D-line and will be able to dominate ours ala NY Giants etc. I don't see the Vikings beating us EITHER time. I just don't think they have the offense to back up their defense. Which means Cutler will HOPEFULLY get to play and be able to pull a rabbit from the hat TWICE.

Any way you want to look at it I expect Phil Emery to possibly replace all 5 O-linemen and the TE!!! So that will help us TREMENDOUSLY next season and hopefully with that kind of improvement Jay will resign instead of going someplace commited to protect him! GO BEARS!!!

They should have kept Williams and got rid of Carimi - he looked like a high school kid on Monday night - I have never seen a worse performance by a football player in my life

BF sorry,

Every team usualy gets it's asskicked each year,it's just a matter of 'how many'. Yer still in the black at 7-3 and a great shot at the playoffs

And Cincy kicked the Giants'asses' 31-13 so ifn the bengals can do it? So can yer team!

GO BEARS!

I did not see your thread on this weeks game...sorry about that

The Bears have seen the light...two lineman have been benched.

Gabe Carimi has been benched, and Chilo Rachal has been benched, and Rachal then left the team for personal reasons

Gabe Carimi will be replaced by Jonathan Scott, hopefully he goes to the left side and Webb is moved to the right side...

IMO...Carimi still needs to play, he just has not adjusted to the speed of the game...and should be move to Guard...IMO Gabe Carimi is still a rookie...

The Bears had been waiting on Jonathon Scott to get up to speed on the playbook, which is now...James Brown is an undrafted lineman on the practice squad, who has been called up, who was the best lineman the Bears had in the Pre season...He was injured his last year in college and did not play very well...if he had play like he had two years ago, he would have been a top 10 pick...what a steal.

I want to see the Bears run the ball down their opponents throat for a while.

Not a problem. GO BEARS, foreward this week not backwards.

November 23, 2012  11:09 AM ET

The Vikings have the advantage in that during their BYE WEEK they have been able to prepare for Chicago whom they will play 2X in 3 games, the Bears are still licking their wounds from Houston and the 49ers.

The Bears have the advantage of Home Field and they better use it, they play both Minnesota and Seattle and if they can't win at home against these 2 teams then they probably won't make the playoffs.
