Narry 'Happy Thanksgiving',
But worried cuz ya took the Bengals and yer record with them 'winning' seems too have the opposite effect this year! [but thanks for picking them.]:-)
As the Chiefs go? i think they're saving up for 1 big asskicking on some team,It's just a matter of 'whoam'.
Philly's terrible this year,I'm going with the Panthers.
Giants over Greenbay,[for some reason?], the Giants will find a way too win.
Cleveland over Pittsburgh,[with both QB's out? and how banged up they are?
The browns have a very good shot of winning it,[as it's also a divisional game.]
BEARS over Vikes,in a very close game.

I promise this will be the last time I pick them for the rest of the season.
I'm really surprised that he Lions made it an entertaining game.
Both Dallas and the NYJ's hopefully learned a lesson the hard way. Get rid of the Ryan brohers and you will both be better off for it. Maybe ESPN will give these 2 loudmouths a radio talk show, Ryan vs Ryan with Buddy as the moderator.

Narry,
The only way Dallas will learn anything is if they hit rock bottom, and they're on their way there now. I'm referring to Jerry "Weak Noodle" Jones mainly, and if he retains Jason Carrot after this year, then him as well.
I don't necessarily agree or disagree with you about Rob Ryan, although I'm well aware of his lineage, and care nothing about Papa Buddy. But, the one thing that needs doing won't happen for awhile, and that's for JJ to get a real GM and a head coach. That's where they need to start. Until then, mediocrity will reign supreme in Dallas, and I don't care how much "talent" there is.
A good example for them to learn by is your 49'ers. 2 years ago they were bottom feeders, right? In one year, they were contenders. They had the talent, just not the right skipper. Now, they're favorites for the SB, or should be, and should have been there last year, even with a sub par QB. They will likely win #6 before my Cowboys, too.

They are usually entertaining but they usually lose anyway.

I think of Rob Ryan and his years at Oakland, the defense was horrendous. Believe me the year after you get rid of Ryan you will see your defense improve. Like you say though, It is Jerry Jones call.
Ryan sent Al Davis to an early grave........... Jerry Jones: "Fear the reaper, he is in the form of Rob Ryan"

Like when the 49ers tied St. Louis, both Detroit and Houston looked as if they didn't want to win the game, I thought the game was going to end in a tie after both teams had missed FG's.
Words of wisdom for all teams that find themselves in OT, do not play to settle for a FG, play to score a TD. I think to many teams rely on their FG kickers.
What was fun for me to watch was the Happy Thanksgiving 2 ex-Cal RB's had. Both Forsett who had a the big, yet controversial run for Houston, and Shane Vereen who had the big reception and some decent yardage on the ground for New England.

To bad Jahvid Best was out with a concussion that would have made it 3 ex-Cal RB's playing on Thanksgiving.

I really don't know that much about Rob and Rex, other than Rex has a foot fetish. Or so I heard. I didn't care for Rex's comment about "not liking RG3" either. That was unnecessary. Maybe having Rob here, and doing what he did before, might be a good thing to promote Stephen Jones to GM?
Time will tell, but our luck, "Weak Noodle" will live to be 142 yrs old.
