Nice list...I actually agree with all of your picks.

The Packers/Bears game should be a good game with the division title at stake. Both teams have numerous injuries but it should still be a typical physical confrontation between these two long time rivals. I'm hoping the Packers can beat them in their crib like they did two years ago. Go Packers!

It's that bittersweet scenario again, they win and Lovie may keep his job which I personally am ready for the Bears to move in another direction. On the other hand I don't want the Bears to lose and want to see them make the playoffs. I doubt if they do make the playoffs they very far as they've shown they can win against the teams they should but can't hang with the big dogs. Their last loss showed they might not even be able to run with the middle of the pack either. It's a Bittersweet Symphony for myself anyway.

Bill Cowher would want complete authority over football operations and want more money than the McCaskeys would be willing to spend. Gruden ran the Bucs into the ground after inheriting a great team from Tony Dungy.

The Bears have depended on their great defense for over a decade and it is showing cracks in its armor. Cutler is talented but also prone to brain farts during crucial times in games. The GM needs to make better personnel decisions.

I'm sure Cowher would be up to putting his stamp on the team and although they do have some aging players there is still enough there to compete while bringing along some younger players IMO. I don't see a total rebuild but rather some mix/infusion of young and old.

Cutler's fate me be in the hands of the new coach if it came to that scenario, depending on whether the new coach wants to work with Cutler or pick/draft/develop their own. With the success of Luck,RG3, Wilson and Kaepernick I don't think a veteran coach would be as afraid to go with a rookie. I think the biggest hurdle would be building a better O-Line, one to provide either Cutler or a rookie a little time in the pocket.

Cowher has already said he doesn't want full control but rather some input into the draft which would be fine as Lovie has the same authority right now. Money also wouldn't be a problem currently Lovie is the 5th highest paid coach in the NFL.

According to Forbes Lovie Smith is 5th highest paid NFL coach making 6 Mill.

Marty Schottenheimer would be a good fit in Chicago. Everywhere he's gone teams have shown a marked improvement.

Didn't the Verve plagiarize this song from the Rolling Stones? As I recall, the Stones sued them and won a court ruling.

There are no guarantees once a team gets to the playoffs. Look at what happened to the Packers last year.
