If at the end of the season all six of these teams has a 10-6 or 9-7 record- Washington, Dallas, NYG's, Seattle, Minnesota and Chicago.
First of all it is impossible for 6 teams to end up with 10-6 records either Dallas or Washington will win the NFC East with a 10-6 record.
If Dallas and Washington were to tie 9-6-1 and everyone else has a 10-6 record, then NYG's would win the NFC East and neither the Redskins or Cowboys would make the playoffs.
If everyone has a 9-7 record and the Redskins and Cowboys were to tie the Redskins would win the NFC East and the Cowboys would win a Wild Card Spot- along with the NYG's.
In both scenarios of 9-7 or 10-6 the 2 teams that win all the Wild Card Tiebreakers are the Seahawks ( they have beaten Dallas, Minnesota, Chicago) and Giants ( have the best NFC record ) . So if you are a fan of Atlanta, Green Bay, San Francisco, Washington, Dallas, Seattle, Minnesota, or Chicago, the one team that could really upset your chances of making the playoffs is if NYG's beat Baltimore. That is the one game you should be hoping NYG's lose. Seattle wins all tie breakers except one- NYG's have more NFC wins than Seattle.

The Giants are not that good of a team and not a team to fear unless you are the Patriots facing them in the Super Bowl.

Not really, the Giants just got hot in the playoffs.
The Cowboys finally started to do something, albeit likely a bit late. Consider that over half (6) of the defensive starters are on IR. Not sure about the offensive side right now. Yeah, injuries are supposedly a "no excuse" thing, but that's BS. Injuries will, and do, affect a team's play.
Maybe it's best this way? Considering that the backups and street pickups are getting valuable playing time this year, then come next year, it should be a piece of cake substituting players without missing a beat. Not just for the Cowboys, but other teams dealing with an exorbitant amount of injuries this year.
Just a thought.

Thanks,EZ, but if I had anything to do with anything, the Cowboys would be undefeated.........lol
However, I know what you mean, and hopefully the Bengals can make the playoffs, even if the Cowboys don't.

But yep,Peeps usualy cool down after a big win.[but it doesn't last that long!]

Rivalry games typically don't! Especially with so much on the line. Good luck.
