NFL  > General NFL  > Romo's Critic

I have often criticized Romo on this website and with anybody who will listen as well, but I got to give him credit for how well he has played as of late. He has made some changes to the snap count which have helped his lineman, hasn't thrown an int., and had a great post-game news conference after the win against the Bengals. The return of Murray has helped him tremendously, but I'm still not taking anything away from Romo's play the last few weeks.

I'm hoping that he continues to play this way and stays off the rollercoaster!

Seriously?
You're giving him credit for a great post-game news conference?
Times are indeed desperate in big D.

Romo has played well of late, but is this not a significant part of his MO?
By that I mean his inconsistency....up,down,up,down.

Brown had died the day before and he finally said the right things unlike other press conferences.

That's what I meant by "rollercoaster".

Romo has elevated his performance in recent games.

It's cool! Just hoping that he keeps playing this way. Hopefully I'm wrong about him and he'll finish strong.

As a long time Cowboys season ticket holder and Romo supporter, this is his last chance to get that "late season slump" monkey off his back. And so far so good. We control our own playoff chances and he is in a great position here to finally get it done. And I have never lost faith in him. But it is this year or its over.
