NFL  > Dallas Cowboys  > Thank you Mr. Obvious!

On his morning radio show, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones reiterated that the key to beating the Redskins comes to containing Robert Griffin III.

'We can't let RG III have a quarter like he had in the second quarter against us at Cowboys Stadium,' Jones said. 'That's a must right there. That is on the defense. We have got to do some things to take that option away from him. That is saying a lot. That is going to be the key, just not let him have a second quarter like he had out here against us in the stadium.'

The Redskins scored 28 points against Dallas in the second quarter on Thanksgiving Day as Washington beat the Cowboys 38 to 31.

TH,OBD,Bull,Sweets and all the Cowboys fans,

I think Dallas will make it very competitive and squeak a victory over Washington.

Now, it's all on yer team now,too make that happen.

They've done good on the road, they just have too get past the Skins and a win like that?

Will not only send them into a seed, but more for some momentum after.

Best of luck!

~WILD-CARD~ weekend,......eazy's team ''might'' be coming UP to new england next weekend if the seeding stays the same [as it currently stands].

Thanks! I hope yer Cowboys win the upcoming game,And maybe JJ will not meddle any with yer team.

It looked like another aws/it season after losing 5 games earlier in the season.but suprisingly, alot better on the road.

They got the right breaks right till the end,and beating Pittsburgh in thier house with the playoffs on the line ,Was a Major win for this young team!

Not too down grade what happened in Hienz stadium, But the Steelers were banged up and that made a difference.

But,Cincy won, The 1st win in Blitzburgh since 2009!

Hey Mother!

Could be,but i was hoping Cincy too play the Ravens back too back,Other than facing yer crew up north! :) As they could kick ourasses in regular season and beat them the next game [+ thier injuries.]

All the teams left are killer, Ravens/PATS/Broncos/Indy the Texans...

Thats a formidable line up. No matter which Team yer up against! [And on the road.]

But, They impressed this season, And ifn they win just 1 in the playoffs?

That's a great start going into the next year.

That won't happen until JJ is toes up!!!

I think that Steeler Long Snapper might be out of a job though. Before next years preseason,
and or after this last game in Cleveland.

We had one that was with cincy for 11 years, and he cost us a couple of games and he was a 'vapor trial' during the season.

Eh... Kirk Cousins played just as well - arguably better - from the pocket.

I am always optimistic about the Boys but not in this game...

RGIII is way too good with the play action fakes and Morris is solid up the gut, which is precisely where we suck right now.

When you have 4th string players held together by scotch tape on the field, it does not bode well for the defense.

Our only chance is for Romo to play lights out and score at least 30+ points. If we do that, we have a chance.

For Dallas to win this game, they have to win the turnover battle. Just +1 in turnovers could be the difference of a win or loss.

Murray running for 125yds would also keep RGIII off the field, that would be big too.

I do not see them staying with it though.

I think Dallas comes out and plays aggressive football on both sides from the start.
