From listening to his interviews it sounds like he expects to be with the 49ers, lets hope that Vic Fangio stays with the 49ers. I think Vic will stay with the team for at least 3 more years before he thinks about becoming a defensive coordinator.

Yup- a little R&R never hurt anyone, and in football that is very true. I'm hoping that we have back to back to back championship parades in San Francisco. First for the Giants winning the World Series, then 49ers winning the Super Bowl, and who knows the Golden State Warriors Basketball team is looking better than most expected, if they won the NBA Championship it would be a miracle. Just like we have had back to back to back new stadiums built for the respective teams. The Giants got AT&T, in 2014 the 49ers will get their new stadium, and I think the Warriors plan on moving from Oakland getting a new one in San Francisco in 2016.

Especially the 49ers and Patriots. They both snuck in the back door and had those #2 seeds fall right in their laps. A little R&R never hurts anyone, especially in football.

Don't tell EZ but I think the Bengals have a better chance than the Seahawks who aren't very good on the road.
The one area where Seattle is better than Washington is their defense. Their defense is very lucky they don't get more penalties called on them. But even so they are a good defense.

Narry,
I'd hoped that Cincy would have played the Ravens [those divisional games are messy] back too back.
But,They got the Texans,Ifn they can find a way too beat them?
That would be a very large 'stepping stone' This year.[too get that one and done stigma out of the way.]
Ifn not? They got more work too do,and maybe Ole Marvins not the one that can ever get it done.
I fervantly believe,He is not good enough too take this team any further than he has.[Ghosts of Lovie comes too mind.] but Marvin has him by a year.
The BEARS finally got rid of Him and entourage,Cuz sometimes Good? 'Isn't good enough'.]

Their defense is physical but not dirty so I don't understand why they should be penalized more.

2 things the Seahawks do on offense and defense that they never get called on. Their WR's on offense run a bunch of pick plays. The defensive secondary although they are physical with receivers at the line of scrimmage, it often carries down field and they have been given a bye from the refs on many defensive holding calls.

This is a key point. One of the guys on the NFL Network pointed this out also. He said officiating will play a big part in this game. If the game is called "tight", the Seahawks will suffer as a result. Garcon is the kind of receiver that can give those big DBs trouble. Garcon's ability to avoid jams and the line of scrimmage will test Seattle.

Who would have thunk, that Seattle was going too get hot, And make the playoffs?
GB/9ners are my personal picks for the NFC Championship.
But can't count out any team, that's still standing.
The PATS/Broncos are my AFC picks.
But who knows?, the COLTS/ Ravens /or Texans might prevail.
I realy don't think Cincy will further progress,As the Offense still hasn't gelled as of yet,
cuz Dalton's still not quite ready and the rushing attack still has major problems.getting 100+
running offense too keep the foes 'D' honest.
QUOTE(#17):
Hey EZ, The Texans are vulnerable. AJ Green can beat that secondary. The question in my mind is "does Dalton have it in him to come up big on the road in his 2nd playoff game against the same team that picked him 3 times last year?" When he's on he's very effective, but he needs to shake the turnovers to have a chance. last year the Bengals kept it close for a half, until JJ Watt got Dalton on the Pick 6 right at the end of the half and that turned the tide. The Law Firm should be able to do ok on the ground, but I wouldn't look for a huge ground game against that Texans D. Your Bengals have their work cut out for them - you've got to limit Foster to a single TD and somehow contain him, pressure Schaub, and double Andre Johnson and keep him from getting behind your D backs. And watch out for TE Daniels, another potent weapon. And Watt is still playing at a really high level--hope they protect Dalton.Anyway, it's a tall task but I'm rooting for you. Houston's going to pound the rock with Foster and you need to stop that guy and turn the tables on them in the turnover battle this time. Good luck, EZ, I'm not saying your team in GOING TO do it, but I'm hoping they do! To have any chance, Dalton's got to come up big and avoid the turnovers. Heck, I guess all of this stuff I'm saying is just the formula for any team to win a game. Easier said than done. Ha. Good luck my friend!
Hi Bro!,
I hear ya, I agree with everything you posted, and hopfully? The front four can get too Schuab,
And also, our DBackfield is kinds slim, and hope they can just stop the big plays.
As the Ravens were doing good rushing in that game, and we need the LBKRs too help out with that bigtime,Or it might be a diffrent year, but get the same negative results from a year ago.
Dalton's biggest problem has been his being flushed out of the pocket and get's picked sooner or later in the game, somtimes more than twice.
And ifn you don't play with yer A game with the Texans,Then yer in for a very long embarrasing
3 hours of pain and gloom.
Kudos on yer new HC and on down, hopfuly? They can get the results of getting big numbers on the board, and a better D too shut down some weaknesses that has been pluaging yer team for some time.
Hoping for yer team too get yer defense rolling better next year and offense that that usualy puts high numbers on the board for ya.
And too be honest? You've made me feel a little better! As i can't believe we got the same %$#& team that kicked ourasses last year! :)
