Yep, we've heard it all before. Not sure what major changes he has in mind, but it's not going to be the QB, HC and definitely NOT the GM............. Fans won't stop buying tickets or merchandise for the fact they will continue to think that "This is the year!" JJ is a snake oil salesman and fools lots of people.

Norv Turner has stated he doesn't want to be the "new guy", whatever that means, or so I read. Besides, Carrot says he's not relinquishing the OC duties. Rob Ryan does indeed need to shut his mouth, as I've mentioned before. Time will tell about the rest.

Small market team? There is revenue sharing and a hard salary cap in the NFL to create a level playing field for all franchises.

I doubt seriously he'd work for Jones again. although stranger things have happened. Jones is going to stick with Carrot as far as HC goes.

We don't need Norv Turner in Dallas. Of course Jones might be crazy enough to hire him.

Maybe JJ tacks on the play calling the plays to go along with owner/GM duties. :) Ducks and runs from the thread......LOL
