NFL  > New York Jets  > Gastineau/Holmgren Back Stab Thingy
February 13, 2009, 08:11 PM
Does anyone other than me wonder whether the Seattle Game was a parting gift to a coach from a former admirer, in what was purportedly the last game of his coaching career?

Based on the fact that the only real record the Jets ever had was Mark Gastineau???s Sack record, which was broken by Michael Strahan taking down a ???golf buddy??? from Green Bay, were the two INT???s in the snow really INT's and not a "going away present" to a mentor.

Makes one wonder, huh?

That's a bit of a reach isn't it? Favre was hurt and couldn't make the throws.

Dumbest thing I've seen this week.

Favre spend all season playing mediocre football, and it culminated in Seattle.
