they have a few quick receivers and how hard is it to catch the ball? lol hopefully for us not too hard because we are going to need that dual attack with the likes of who we are playing. Non confrence with the exception of maimi will be good practice for our receiving core.
Well if we get some help with the receiving, and the defense continues its improvement, we should have a very good season. The O-line appears to be solid along with the running game, and the kicking department should be fine also.
The first few games should be a chance to fine tune, and get lots of younger guys in for good experience in real games. Miami should be a good indicator of how we might do for the rest of the season. Hopefully no last minute losses this year. Play to win, not play to hold on is the key.
With the two stud tight ends, Bennett and Thomas, over the middle, a dominant rushing attack, and Earvin Taylor and Pierre Brown pairing with Franks, this is shaping up to be one of the best A&M offenses in decades...
It hinges on the D and can they make the needed strides in the 2nd year of the scheme to make us contenders for the conf. title...
