Callahan is likely not the answer, but I don't think Norv would be, either. Seems like most teams are looking for youth in their coaching ranks, and Jerry is looking in retirement homes. Actually, I'm surprised Carrot retained his HC gig, and Jerry didn't hire Bum Phillips, or someone in his 70's/80's to be the HC..............
Not sure how Kiffin is going to work out, but experience counts for something, although I have a feeling this "Tampa 2" thing could be out dated.

If they didn't bring in Norv my hope was JJ would go with a younger, innovative coach, but like you said Bull, JJ is looking in retirement homes to fill out the coaching staff. That does not bode well for the coming season, but I will remain positive. Try to anyway!!!

The Cowboys will have to some serious practicing and drafting to be one of the top 2 in the NFC East. Guess we'll find out in due time.
