Trade Paul Pierce and Corey Lee for Pau Gasol.

BOS gets a skilled, true center and moves KG and Green into their natural positions of PF and SF respectively. Rotation of Barbosa, Bradley and Terry will have to hold the backcourt positions down until Rondo gets back.

LA get a dynamic 3 and bigger defensive 2 who can play with KB on defensive sets. Rotation of Howard, Clark, Hill and Metta hold down the front court.

Pierce gets to go home before retiring, Gasol would be appreciated in Boston, and both team probably make the playoffs.
