Well it's time to build the team UP!!! Sure we have a lot of good players, but how good are they. Can they be better or will they need to be replaced? Who will the Bears bring in? Who will they keep?

This to me is the most exciting off season EVER for the Bears.

New coach, 1 year GM. Wow what more could we want? Other than a Super Bowl Ring! Opinions? Who should we get? Who should we dump? Brian Urlacher which way???? I say keep him, but there are a lot of opinions out there! Sound OFF!!! LOL

Should we sign Jay Cutler to a long term contract??? Why? Even if he's a just above average QB he's still the Best QB that the Bears have had since.... forever!!! I say give him a year or two in Trestmans system and let him prove himself either way!!!

Come on guys and girls we need your feedback. SOUND OFF!!! Inquiring minds want to KNOW!!! GO BEARS!!!

What are you so excited about? The Bears missed the playoffs last season, the defense is getting old and your OL sucks. Good luck!

BF,

Since the BEARS traded the farm on him? I'd agree of keeping him and make the line better.

10-6 record, most of the players will be resigned that we want, and we have Free Agency, Draft, and a new OFFENSIVE coach. We have plenty of reasons to be optimistic. How can you disagree. Or are you just a Bear hater??? GO BEARS!!!

Phil Emery came in last season and filled a lot of important holes on the team. Now with his choice at coach and a second off season that he can aquire players I have a lot of excitement for the Bear's chances. Remember we have a lot of skill position players that take two years in the system to shine. So we will bring in the line players we need which only take one year to learn the system and we will do fine on offense. By the end of the season people may call the Bears the most dangerous team in the playoffs!!!

As far as the aging defense you are correct to a point. There are 3 very good young D Line players on the team. Linebackers, yes age is a problem but I think we can get by one more year here. And in the D-Backfield we have one player over 30 in Charles Tillman who is getting up there. So really on the Defense as I see it, only the replacement of Brian Urlacher is a possible problem.

Actually, I'm not that worried. I can see a 10-6 or 11-5 season next year with the playoffs in there too! After that watch out NFL!!!GO BEARS!!!
