Is this race still living up to the hype as the great American race?

Appears that all we wait for is the wreck at the end, today an early pile up took out some great drivers.

Has Daytona become a demolition derby living on reputation, you know like a punch drunk fighter whose time has passed but they don't know it?

Just some questions from a fan?
