Have you ever wondered why we have such a fascination with jocks? For some reason they seem larger than life, special, and even unimaginable to some. For me they are a constant motivating factor, to push myself to my ultimate/elite status. Just cheering for a favorite team, player, or Alma Mater can be an emotional experience; even when the players themselves, may not even know the fans from a can of paint. Why is this? I believe it's because sports literally represent life, and our lives are in sports. If you can stick with me for a while, I'll elaborate on what I mean.
