NBA  > Minnesota Timberwolves  > Atlanta Signs Paul Millsap

This is honestly one of the best things I've heard all day. Two reasons: 1. He's out of our division and we don't have to face him as many times. He always eats against us. 2. The Hawks were a team I really feared about in terms of overvaluing Pekovic. Still could go after him but it doesn't make sense with the moves they've already made.

Check ATL and POR as teams that won't push for Pek.

Dallas and LA are where my focus lies now.

Good news for us who want to keep pek at a resonable price. I dont think LA have the cap space to bid for pek and i dont think dallas would go for pek, cuban would hold his cap space and try to form a superteam next season.

I made a thread about getting involved in the possible sign and trade of josh smith to the rockets. With milsap, that eliminates pek as a possibility.

Agree on milsap moving out of the division, he always kills us whenever we faced the jazz.

Hopefully Dallas likes what they see with Andrew Bynum's knee and goes all in on him. Comn Flip get Pek back here at 11 per and move onto AK.

Cleveland also threw decent money at Jarrett Jack to be their 6th man. They still could pursue Pek too, but their roster is still a little bare so they may want to spread that money out over a few positions rather than a godfather offer for Pek.

Certainly helps the situation a bit.

I wouldn't think Cleveland would want to tie up any more money long term. I think they really think they have a chance at LeBron James next year.
