NBA  > New York Knicks  > Nate Rob returning to NYC?

Knicks desperate for another PG are considering a Nate Robinson return. And there's a strong possibility of it happening. Reports have surfaced that the Knicks and the Nuggets are frontrunners.

Nate is not a true PG. He's a score first PG. He's talented and played great for the Bulls last year. In theory he's not the ideal PG with Woodson as the coach.

One, Nate doesn't play D. Two, he may turn the ball over more times than Woodson might like. Three, when on the floor with Melo, Nate may compete with Melo for shot clock minutes which would change the chemistry of the team. Nate will challenge Felton for more minutes which may create friction.

But Nate may be that 3rd scorer the Knicks need, a spark off the bench with JR Smith. He certainly changes the tempo from a more half-court set, with Melo as the primary focus on offense to a more full-court run and gun. It would force teams to adjust defensively to a high-scoring ball handling facilitator.
