As to the most valuable NFL franchise, with a value of $2.3 billion, the Dallas Cowboys rule the roost for the seventh straight year, followed by the New England Patriots ($1.8 billion), Washington Redskins ($1.7 billion), New York Giants ($1.55 billion) and Houston Texans ($1.45 billion).

He probably won't win another SB but at least you can give him the proper 'salute' for being No. 1. HA!!!

I am curious as to whether or not this value for the franchise includes Cowboys stadium?

Ever wonder what the Cowboys could have been if they were the ones that got Welker from the Dolphins?

Would he have come with an offensive line, solid cornerbacks, and a dependable kicker?

absolutely..... the stadium is a real nice chunk of the value of this team.
thinking JJ is pleased to be #1 in something in the NFL and since it's tied to $$$ he's likely a content owner.... even though his team performance the last decade+ hangs in the middle.

The teams that own their own stadiums the value of the stadium is included in vale of team. Outside establishments that my or my not be around the stadium would not be part of teams value. Any thing around the stadium even if owned by the team owner will not be part of team worth.
