NFL  > Chicago Bears  > Week 2 Minnesota comes to town.
September 11, 2013, 08:27 AM
With a ONE game winning streak the Bears are just starting to believe in themselves and most importantly their coaches. Now we have Minnesota, this is a big game for us and I expect us to win.

Zero sacks! Can anyone believe that our offensive line gave up ZERO sacks to Cinci when this was supposed to be our weak point on the team! This goes a long way to get the Bears believing in Trestman. With a couple of more wins the team is going to start believing that they are one of the NFL's best! Given their personnel I think that they might just be one of the NFL's best by the end of the season!

The game plan is simple, stop Adrian Peterson and you stop the Vikings. Granted it's easier said than done, but as long as he doesn't cross the goal line I don't care if he gets 400 yards rushing. The defense might be run ragged, but I expect them to keep the Vikings from scoring very much.

Our offense is about to explode, whether it's this week or soon I don't know, but I'm getting a lot more confidence in Jay and company. I'm sure the Bears are also starting to really start to think they can do this. So lets see, I'm ready, are you? Bears 31-Minn 14 GO BEARS!!!

I agree with that analysis.

BF,

Good luck, divisional games are hard too predict, but in yer house? The Bears.

September 11, 2013  07:39 PM ET

The Vikings have a terrible QB. The Bears should win this one.

September 12, 2013  12:32 AM ET

The real dangerous thing about this game is the Vikings already have LOST one DIVISIONAL game vs Detroit. That means they will be doing everything in their power to win this week. Losing the first two games out of the 6 Divisional games can be a death sentence for a team trying to win the Division.

No one will be slacking or wool gathering in the Vikings house this week. It will be hard work and will be in my eyes a huge test for the Bears.

A win for the Bears means that we DO have a good team and coach, and that the sky is the limit. A loss, well that won't kill us, but everyone will question everything about the Bears all the way from the janitor to the average fan on the street until we have at least another win or two. GO BEARS!!!

Without a QB, they don't really have that much power to do anything. I'll take the Bears easily on this one.

The Bears are for real. We'll beat the Vikings easily and go 2-0.

Da Bears !!!

I wish I had you guys's confidence. I just don't have it yet in my head that the Bears are good enough to beat a good team that did beat them last year.

I admit I have more confidence in Marc Trestman than I did in Lovie after just one game, but we have had so many O-line problems and Peterson isn't the best RB in the NFL for nothing. He can take over a game just like Walter did. I'm just not sold on the Bear's defense yet. Add in the game that Julius Peppers had against Cinci's 2nd string Left Offensive Tackle and I just wonder. I also am doubtful about the MLB postiton.

In a few games especially if they are wins, I will have much more confidence, but for now, I doubt and worry. GO BEARS!!!

A win is a win, but I think I need to see some coaching here...but the weather and conditions had a lot do with it.

On first in gaol from the 1...interception is not an option, throw it in Lake Michigan.
Ball Security, and being more aggressive on defensive.

Nice final drive for the win, I could do without the drama.

For the second week in a row I say the Bears would have LOST if they would have still had Lovie as the Head Coach. Lovie was NEVER good at comebacks in the 4th quarter. EVER. I agree BGDUECE I don't like the drama, but I will always take the drama if we are going to win it. LOL

At least we got through it. I fear the Steelers will be another game very simular to this one, but I think we can win it too. Especially with the Bears gaining the confidence they have just gotten from these first two wins. GO BEARS!!!!

I was at the game and what a great comeback win.

Da Bears !!!

Good win . . . a nail biter to be sure.

I got a chance to finally see the game I heard on Sunday on NFL replay. Hmm so much positive and so much negative. However I think that this year's Bears are BETTER than last years. Add in the fact that they will be getting better as the season progresses and I really think this team is playoff bound. Besides the 2-0 start says that over 60% of the teams that start with that record go to the playoffs. I KNOW what happened last year and our huge collapse at the end of the season, but barring injuries, I think that this team will make the playoffs and be one of the favorites in the playoffs. GO BEARS!!!

BF,

10-6 didn't suck,Other than you peeps didn't get a WC ,which you should have gotten, but, every game is different,as yer going up against Pittsburgh,And they've been decimated with injuries But still very dangerous!

BF,

Cincy plays GB this week,And? I know they're going too lose! [Bengals]

It's very simplistic, Ifn "marvin" should win Sunday? He would be .500/even in the W/L column. And ? ,Me? Being the doubter?

I just know He can't break that 10+ year streak of losing that long held record. For over 10+ years. And 0-4 in the post season. And ya can't wash that off with lye soap.
