NFL  > Dallas Cowboys  > The refs robbed the Cowboys yesterday
September 16, 2013, 08:07 PM
how much help did the Chiefs really need yesterday? A late flag for delay of game after the Zebras saw that the Chiefs would not get a first down? A phantom PI call on the great Dez Bryant? The ridiculous PI call on Morris Claiborne to extend the drive even more???????????????? This is appalling.

So the fact that they can't run the ball, continue to make mistakes in the red zone, drop passes, and fumble had no bearing on the outcome, huh? The Cowboys had more to do with helping KC than the refs.

Who are the Cowboys playing in the Superbowl...really
That is why you do not shoot your mouth off with that homer crap.

You are lucky that the Cowboys are in a weak division...You could still have playoff life.

Any one of those teams in the NFC East could be the division champion. Of course I'm hoping the Giants finish on top but after two games my optimism is starting to wane.

The refs did NOT rob the Cowboys. The Cowboys robbed themselves if anything. They STILL have no running game, or offensive line to speak of. The play calling is atrocious. Any number, or combination of, would be the reason. Not the refs by themselves.

dallas didn't earn a win. sloppy play by receivers and as good as romo looked against NY, he looked that bad this week. classic romo inconsistancy.... been around for yrs. and garrett has to be hanging by a thread if this type play continues. coaching is certainly part of the problem on this team.

I did not see the game, nor the Giants game...I can only account for what I see from the box score and read about from analysts and fans...

In the end, your "lead" back can not carry the ball ONLY 12 times for 25 yards.

I can only assume that Bernadeau and Free are still Bernadeau and Free?

And if that is the case, a dose of Brian Waters will help those woes. Until we build a line like the 49ers and Seahawks have, Romo will always have to throw for 350 to win.

I haven't seen any improvements in the play calling.

Sorry Ripper, that was one of the 7.

There are shaky calls in every game IMO. The Colts had a TD taken away from them twice in which would've gave them a 24-17 lead late in the 3rd Qtr, (a very bad Illegal Shift on Wayne that the commentators even said was bad) instead they had a settle for a FG and the Dolphins ended up scoring and winning 24-20. Also the Dolphins had no penalties in that game. I cant remember the last time a Road team had 0 penalties. So we all can gripe when our team loses. I think in general most of the Ref crews are average and make several mistakes and some let teams get away with more in certain games, there a couple of crews that are pretty good and usually consistent but that is about it. Mike Carey's crew is pretty solid.

Thought so. Hopefully Malcom Floyd will be back. That guy took a massive blow to the head/neck. I was worried he might have permanent damage after his neck compressed like a slinky.
